We will do everything we can in the initial phases to get your pain settled, then help you to build strong resilient knees to minimise the chance of having the problem again.

Physiotherapy is the best place to start for most knee problems. We will tailor an individual program for you that starts with getting you out of pain as quickly as we can and progresses through improving your mobility, strength and balance.
We listen to you! Your plan depends on want you want to do. Our plan for a gardener or grandparent is different to our plan for a marathon runner, soccer player, or jiu jitsu fanatic. We take the time to learn about your knee injury, and what you want your knee to do, and then we help you to do it.
How do you help my knee problem?
We will give you advice about what you should and shouldn't be doing every step of the way.
We give you the right exercises at the right time, explain how to do them, and set you up with an app and videos so you know how to strengthen your knee at home, and how many exercises to do.
We include other therapies like massage, and taping help relieve your pain more quickly.
