Your Willoughby Physios and Chiros
Felix is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience across hospital, private practice, sport and rehabilitation settings. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University (ACU) and is a practising member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Felix has a strong clinical interest in low back and neck pain. He has pursued further study in both chronic and acute low back pain, disc injuries, sciatica, radicular pain and nerve compression in the neck and low back, and arthritis of the spine.
Felix draws on a vast range of advanced manual techniques, targeted exercise prescription and practical advice to help people with spinal pain and related nerve impingement feel better sooner, and prevent recurrence. Overall, his treatment approach is hands-on, thorough and evidence-based with an emphasis on helping clients understand what is going on.
Felix is also well-versed in targeted exercise prescription with an extensive background in strength and conditioning. He has worked with some of the most technologically advanced fitness, sports and medical rehabilitation equipment available and has previously run his own clinic inside an internationally recognised commercial gym.
Outside the clinic, Felix enjoys staying active through cycling, swimming, tennis and bouldering. Felix volunteers with WIRES and his local bushcare group, and is motivated by helping people return to the activities that matter most to them.
